If you are installing the Hard Disk based comand in an older car you need to adapt the FM antenna from the black fakra to the white (dual) fakra connector. This gives FM antenna only. If your car has a black and a mustard antenna fakra then you can purchase two of these and combine them to create the twin converter AND replace the antenna amplifiers in the car with the NTG2.5 variant. This gives a very strong aerial signal, but is significantly more expensive. An alternative is to use our "Y-type" adapter that will connect both FM/AM inputs to the main antenna on the car.
