This item is for the coding of a Mercedes Benz headunit. Once ordered the unit should be sent to us at the address on the order confirmation. We will thern code the unit for you to enable/disable HK amplification, Reversing camera, media interface etc. We will also convert the unit to a specified country if desired. Please list in the customer notes what coding you would like performed. Please ensure that when you package the unit up you include a copy of the order confirmation which we send to you and you use plenty of packaging. the postage cost for this item is the cost for us to send it back to you by special delivery. If you are at all unsure then please telephone us first to discuss your requirements. Please note we will not unlock a locked comand unit without full proof of the legitimate source of the comand unit. Nor will we enable video in motion no matter what the reason. This service is only available for customers within the EU due to the considerable paperwork and logistics in handling temporary importation we cannot offer this service to customers outside the EU.
