USB input port and extension cable for adding USB socket when retrofitting COMAND NTG4.5 to a car without a USB socket.

If you are installing NTG 4.5 COMAND into a W207 or W212 E class with a NTG4 Audio-20 then consider this item to complete the job properly and of course add USB support

You will not need this product for W204 as only the facelift W204 can have NTG4.5 COMAND, and it by default comes with the USB connector in the armrest.
