General

  1. I'm not in UK how do I buy TAX Free?
    The shop will charge VAT based on which country you are in. If you are in Europe (not UK) and VAT registered, please register in the shop and then email us with your VAT number. We will check the VAT number and enable your account to be TAX free. Please do not order as we can not refund the VAT once charged.
  2. How much will postage cost?
    Postage is calculated on checkout based on what you have purchased and where it is being shipped to - please go to the checkout page once you have added the products you want to purchased to the Shopping Cart.
  3. Why do you insist on expensive Special Delivery postage?
    1st class postage in UK only provides insurance to 39. To get proper insurance cover Special Delivery is needed for more expensive items.
  4. Can I return stuff I bought?
    If you are a retail customer and then you can return most items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. You can not return special order items or map disks that have been opened unless we wrongly advised you that the product was suitable. You must get a Returns number from us and send it to the Return address that we will give you otherwise your return processing will be seriously delayed.
  5. How can you sell Mercedes map disks at such a discount compared to UK dealers?
    We buy our disks in bulk direct from Germany and we are one of a very few Teleatlas distributors.
  6. Are all your products genuine Mercedes products?
    Almost all our products (except ViseeO, Dension, some tools, some COMAND retrofit parts, and Teleatlas map disks are (or consist of) genuine Mercedes parts.

Viseeo Updates

  1. I need new software on my Viseeo
    If you have a MB-2 then please update it using the cables supplied. The username/password for www.viseeo.com is 'customer'. If you have a MBU1000 or MBU2000 you will need to send it to us. If you bought it from us and it is in warranty please contact us. Otherwise you can purchase our update service.
  2. I've purchased the update service - what now?
    Please send your Viseeo to 'PO Box 2666, Ascot, SL5 9ZW' marked with your order number and with a note of your return address inside. We suggest you use fully insured shipping as we can not be responsible for items that are lost/damaged on the way to us.
