This is a genuine Mercedes GPS retrofit antenna for Audio-50-APS & DVD based / Hard Disk based COMAND systems We have found that using a genuine Mercedes antenna rather than a cheap aftermarket GPS antenna makes a significant difference to the quality of navigation. This antenna is placed on-top of the instrument cluster (under the dash) or under the speaker grill on a SLC/SLK and connects to the blue or white or double-blue fakra on the head unit. This antenna type is suitable for all retrofits and replacement of a broken antenna if you don't want to remove the roof pack etc, please let us know what you are installing and the VIN of the car and we will send it with the correct connector for the head unit.
