The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on Comandonline.co.uk. Using this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

We only keep the latest versions of the T&C on our site, so you should print a copy of those in-force at the time of your order for your records.

Placing an order indicates your acceptance and the terms listed are subject to change at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

General
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods using this website you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the UK. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
All our communications and contracts are in English.

Accuracy of Product Information and the Description of Goods
Product specifications, images and other information published on our websites have either been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturer's, publications, publicists, or been gathered from public-domain sources. The intention of Comandonline.co.uk is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible.

Comandonline.co.uk cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. Actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual. Images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Full detailed specifications are available from the manufacturer's brochures and/or their websites.

Any accessories that may be supplied with a product are subject to upgrade or change at the manufacturers discretion. We will supply the product as supplied to us by the manufacturer.

Payment and Price
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices or the imposition of any taxes, duties or other costs.

We reserve the right to change or amend the published price for any goods if it is incorrect. In all cases we will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

When you place an order we will send you an order acknowledgement by email. This email acknowledges that you have placed an order, it specifically does not indicate that we have accepted that order. Once we have received cleared payment for your order, and have dispatched the items listed on that order, we can be deemed to have accepted your order.

Payment Methods
Comandonline.co.uk accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Electron, American Express, Delta and Diners as forms of payment, some of which are used via Paypal.

You may also pay by bank transfer although we will not dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take up to 14 days.

On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number (the address and phone number your credit card holder has on file for you). If you enter these wrongly when registering you can correct them before submitting your order using the 'modify' link where your billing and shipping addresses are displayed.

Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received.

Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

Due to the limited availability of items purchased in our special offers section we cannot guarantee fulfilment of your order. In the unlikely event we are unable to provide the item we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. We will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges will be shown at checkout.

AM and Saturday deliveries may be available and will also incur additional charges. These can be obtained upon application.

Delivery Times
Most stock items are delivered within 1-3 working days. Delivery of larger items may take slighty longer 5-7 days but we will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated.

On occasion goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.

If Comandonline.co.uk or our suppliers are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and you should allow up to 14 days for dispatch of the goods.

For delays of more than 14 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods.

Risk
As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk.

Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.

Time Limitation for Notification of Claims
Should goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 2 working days from delivery.

It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 2 working days from delivery.

If we supplied you with a product other than ordered it is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 2 working days from delivery.

Comandonline.co.uk will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date.

If goods returned under this clause are found to be perfect and in full working order, these will be returned to you and an administration & restocking fee of 30% of the cost of the goods along with the cost of delivery and return delivery will be charged to your credit card account.

Product Guarantees - General
All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the manufacturers guarantee for a period of 12 months.

This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exclusive Offers & Special Offers
From time to time we may create packages of products on our site which we believe to be exclusive to the Comandonline.co.uk web site ñ i.e. we have not as yet found these combinations on other web site. These products may be found individually on other web sites. Also some products are individually set as an ëexclusive offer' as we have not found a price cheaper on the item as yet on another site. 'Exclusive offers' or 'Special Offers' does not mean that the item is only sold to us by the manufacturers.

Prices
All prices on our site have been carefully calculated to provide our customers with good value. To the best of our knowledge all prices are correct to the best of our knowledge. If you are aware of any mistakes, please let us know.

Title of Goods
You will own the goods once we have received your cleared payment in full. We will issue you with an electronic invoice once we have dispatched the goods to you.

Returns
Distance Selling Regulations (2000): If you are a UK based consumer rather than a business or international customer then the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSR) apply to the transaction where you do not collect the items from us. Special order goods, personalised goods and disks / software (i.e. Navigation Disks) that have been opened are not covered by the DSR and can not be returned under any circumstance. The DSR allows you to cancel a contract within 7 working days following the day that you received the goods, which you can do by email or letter (to be received within that timeframe). The goods must then be returned in good condition to us within a few days and we must refund you fully within 30 days of cancellation of the contract.

All Returns including DSR returns: At our sole discretion we may accept unwanted goods for return if they are un-opened and un-damaged. We will not accept opened disks for return under any circumstances. We normally charge a 30% restocking/handling fee (except under the DSR) unless we have agreed not to do so before the goods have been purchased. You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us (and we suggest that you use a fully insured postal service to do so as we will not refund items damaged or lost when being returned by you to us) and the goods must be securely packaged to prevent damage.

You must get a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) from us and mark the package and enclosed paperwork clearly with the RAN. We will supply a return address with the RAN. To obtain a RAN please email us at sales@comandonline.co.uk.
Goods returned without a RAN will not be accepted as a return under any circumstances and you will be liable for any costs incurred returning that item to you.

None of the above affects any of your statuatory rights, for instance the right to return goods not fit for the purpose that we have sold them for.

Privacy Policy
We do not store or share financial information with third parties.

Other
Force Maejure. No liability wil be accepted by us for any failure or delay in performance which is wholly or partially attributable to, an Act of God, War, Fire, Explosion, Riot, Civil Commotion, Terrorism, Strikes, Lock-Outs, Restriction by Government or other competent authority. Failure in supplies or to any cause whatsover beyond our direct control.
Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.

In case of disputes, the law of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland shall apply.
