| Parts kit to install a COMAND APS NTG4 head unit and display into a Right Hand Drive W204 C Class. All genuine Mercedes parts.
Note, picture is of LHD kit, RHD kit has different fans and ducts. It consists of the new air vent, display switch, wiring looms, various other parts including the essential fan and ducts needed to prevent the unit overheating and failing. Some people do not bother to fit the fan kit and then wonder why their COMAND doesn't last for very long. Mercedes would not have spent even £1 more on parts for your vehicle if they were not necessary !! In addition you will need the Comand unit, the display unit and we suggest a genuine Mercedes GPS antenna (which is easier to connect to the head unit as it has a right-angled Fakra). You will need TORX TX20 driver, straight & small right angle and we suggest Mercedes pulling hooks. It is not possible to use the roof mounted (i.e original fin) without additional GPS antenna wiring, which is currently unavailable. Install instructions included. These are special order parts and may take a few days to come into stock. Please note that we supply this with the black vents used in MY2008/MY2009 vehicles. If your car has is Model Year 2010 or 2011 it will have grey vents with either a chrome or an aluminium high light, and you should purchase the 'upgrade vents' to get the correct colour vents. |
