| This is a kit using all genuine parts for installing a reversing camera in your W166 ML or W166 GL. This is not for the facelift GLE/GLS.
The parts are all special order and can take a few weeks for the wiring looms to be made by Mercedes Benz. The kit consists of genuine Mercedes parts, including the camera itself, new boot release handle, brackets, looms, and instructions. Once installed the vehicle's datacard must be updated to add code 218 (reversing camera) and the car needs to be configured by the Mercedes dealer with an alignment tool to get the moving reversing lines and make the system work completely.
