| This is a kit using all genuine parts for installing a reversing camera in your Mercedes ML. This kit is for cars with TV and with DVD or Hard Disk based COMAND. Suitable for US / Canada vehicles also. Please supply you full VIN/CHASSIS number in the customer notes when ordering.. This is not suitable for cars before MY2007 (i.e MY06 and before) as they do not have the necessary cutout in the door handle or the metalwork behind it. Cars with NTG2.5 Hard Disk based COMAND can be coded to have lines displayed on the reverse camera image. Installation involves removing some of the left hand side boot trim panels, the rear door panel and running the video wire to the front of the rear of the COMAND unit, then having the COMAND coded for Reversing Camera so that it selects the reversing camera when you select reverse. Please check that your COMAND unit has the green fakra video connector on the rear (not needed for USA/Canada vehicles). Please note that the photo may not show the exact wiring loom we supply and excludes some other fitting parts & instructions that we supply.
